What happens if I need to stay for a bit longer
Should you wish to extend the standard waiting period (greater than 5 mins for Zero Driving Teams) - please let your driver know immediately. Provided their schedule permits they are most often happy to oblige (additional fees will apply).

How can I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express Cards Upon Booking.
When you create your profile online or download the ZeroDrivers App - you can register up to 3 different credit cards. So you can choose to charge a booking to a work related card or to your own personal card.
All invoices carry a breakdown of costs including the GST component included in the total fees.
We also offer a Business or Family Account to book for colleagues, friends or family. Call Us on 1300 699 376 to set it up.
Cancellations / Postponements
We understand that things don't always go to plan! Please advise your Driver Directly or Call Our Office (during business hours) immediately of any change in plans or unforeseen delays.
Before midnight
A fee may apply in the event of postponement or cancellation of a job once the driver is en-route or has arrived to the pick up point, or a booking is cancelled within 60 minutes of the scheduled pick up time. Refer Terms & Conditions.
After midnight
Charges equivalent to 50% of the estimated fee will apply in the event of a booking made for after midnight - that is subsequently cancelled later than midnight. Refer Terms & Conditions.
How much does it cost?
It's easy to get a cost estimate... Simply enter your Pick Up and Drop Off details in the App or Make a Booking Online.
The Final Cost will be determined by the combined actual Kilometres Travelled and Trip Duration (subject to base fare & minimum charge).
Waiting Time is charged @ $1.10 per minute from 5 minutes after the booked time. Tips or gratuities are gratefully accepted and entirely at your discretion! *
Limited Service is available on Christmas Day and after midnight on New Years Eve. Rates are double the standard published rates at these times.

How do I book?
We currently have multiple options available to book your ZeroDriver
1) Download Our App - Zero Drivers... Setup your profile, register your card details and your ready to book... It couldn't be easier!
2) Book Directly Online - Make a Booking...You can book for next available - or book as far ahead as you like.
3) Call Our Office on 1300699376 and we'll do it all for you! (subject to office hours)
... Remember, we are a Pre-Booked Service, to guarantee your preferred driver & pickup time it's important to plan and book in-advance - especially during peak times on Friday & Saturday Nights, and Special Events!
What if I book for a pick up Late at Night or Early Morning?
All bookings made for between 11.30pm and 7:30am will be charged at an additional 20% of the normal day time rate.
We recommend all Early Morning Bookings (prior to 10am) are booked the day before to guarantee a driver.
Additional fees may also be applied on Public Holidays.
