Should you wish to extend the standard waiting period (2 mins for Zero Drivers & 5 mins for Zero Driving Teams) - please let your driver know immediately. Provided their schedule permits they are most often happy to oblige and additional fees will apply.

In order to make a booking, you will be required to supply credit card details. We accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express card. Please be aware drivers do not carry mobile 'ATM or swipe' machines, and are not authorised to accept payment in cash...
If you create your own profile online or download the ZeroDrivers App - you will have the opportunity to register up to three different credit cards – including American Express. So you can choose if you wish to charge a booking to a work related card or to your own card for your personal use.
Please be aware :- a booking fee of $2 (Inc GST) is applied to every booking and merchant fees are included in the total cost of the service.
All invoices carry a breakdown of costs including the GST component included in the total fees.
If you are a regular customer you may wish to avail yourself or your business of our Corporate Account facilities - just give us a call during business hours to set it up!
We understand that things don't always go to plan!
Please advise your driver or reception immediately of any change in plans or unforeseen delays.
Before midnight - A fee of $40 may apply in the event of postponement or cancellation of a job once the driver has arrived to the pick up point, or a booking is cancelled within 30 minutes of the scheduled pick up time for a Zero Driving Team. And the same conditions apply but with a 10 minute window for Zero Drivers.
After midnight - Charges equivalent to 50% of the estimated fee will apply in the event of a booking made for after midnight - that is subsequently cancelled later than midnight.

All bookings are subject to a $2 booking fee, and final costs will be determined by the total kilometers travelled and the duration of the trip combined with the minimum charge for the service level booked.
Waiting time @ $1 per minute is charged from 2 minutes after the booked time for a Zero Driver and after 5 minutes from the booked time for Zero Driving Teams.

Planning and booking ahead - especially during peak times on Friday and Saturday evenings, is the best way to guarantee your preferred pickup time.
All bookings made for between 11.55pm and 6am will be charged at an additional 20% of the normal day time rate.
Additional fees may also be applied on Public Holidays.
